Before you Begin
To run this hands-on workshop, you will need:

A laptop with the Google Chrome browser installed.

SAC Workshop Guide.

The “Analytics Cloud” folder is the same as “My Files” folder and can be used interchangeably.

The results from the exercises, as shown in the images, are for reference purposes only and can differ slightly.
Login with credentials provided by your instructor/obtained from registration email.

Open Google Chrome
-
Enter in the Username field.
-
Enter password assigned from the email received.
The home screen is your starting point for creating content.
Within Google Chrome click on the Chrome customization option settings. Set Zoom setting to 80% to fit more content on your screen if preferred.
Download Datasets
The relevant datasets required for the workshop are stored within SAC and can be accessed through the following path - Files > Analytics Cloud > Public > Experience Academy > SAC Planning > Datasets. Here you will find 3 .txt files and 1 excel file. Instructions on how to download shown below.
- Right-click on Files and select Open App in New Tab.
- Selecting the following file path: My Files > Public > Experience Academy - SAC Planning > Datasets and in the Datasets folder, click on each of the available files to download them.
