Generative AI

Generative AI (Gen AI) is an Artificial Intelligence feature that creates novel output in text, images, sound, or video based on simple user input (called "prompts"). Generative AI elevates business AI by combining large language models with enterprise data. SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 uses Gen AI to generate insights and optimizations by connecting relevant business knowledge and processing data.

Lead Booster

Leads Booster generates tailored information that improves the sales team’s understanding of the account’s needs and increases the likelihood of successful sales conversion. The information generated is specific to the products that are likely to be of interest to the account.

The Lead page shows the Lead overview, timelines, custom tab, and engagement. It also shows information in the Lead Boster tab related to business objectives, including information about the company, challenges, and alignment with customer goals.

Account Synopsis

Account Synopsis offers a comprehensive view of the sales account across dimensions such as business, culture, market landscape, and others. It helps the sales team in gathering real-time information.

The Accounts page shows the overview, timeline, highlights, and communication details. It also offers information in the Account Synopsis tab, including business objectives, overall information, business overview, current challenges, and the competitive landscape.

Email Draft Recommender

Drafting an email from scratch is often time-consuming and prone to spelling/grammatical errors. Email Draft Recommender generates a response email based on the user-selected purpose, making it easier for sales executives to focus on deal closures.

Business Benefits:

  • It saves the sales team’s time and effort spent drafting emails and helps them focus more on other tasks.
  • It generates emails correctly with correct spelling and grammar, without having to worry about spell check and corrections.

Survey Trend Summary

The Survey Trend Summary offers insights, including the survey summary, survey recommendations, and survey differences. It analyzes the past three surveys from previous visits to the customer, which are currently applicable only to checklist surveys. The sales teams use these insights for their upcoming visits to improve customer interactions.

The Visit page shows the overview, timeline, and meeting location details. It also offers information in the General tab, including pre-visit brief details, visit updates, past interaction insights, post-visit summary, and objectives.

  • It generates survey differences based on past responses and offers survey actionable survey recommendations for future visits.
