Create Visits
Key Capabilities
- In SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 you can create Visits from Visits work center or from the relevant entities such as Opportunities. You can also create Visits from Activity Manager and Calendar.
- Visits can have mandatory or voluntary activity plans such as surveys and tasks predefined and assigned by your administrators to help execute visits efficiently.
- Surveys and tasks can be added manually using New Task/New Survey/Add Objectives.
Execute Visits
- Timeline: In a Visit, you can view a chronological list of interactions with the customer you are visiting, and navigate to the objects as needed. With the timeline view, you can gain deeper understanding of the customer's business context that helps you better execute the visits.
- Check In/Check Out: Checking in captures the date and time of the visit and opens the Visit for editing, which allows you to record information about this Visit in the system. Check out captures the end of the visit and marks it as complete.
- Complete Objectives: Record details of your customer site visit by working through the Tasks and Surveys in the Visit.
Visits - Follow -up
In SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, you can create a follow-up item if you discover that the customer needs additional visits or follow-up tasks.
