Let's check the key Features:

  • Create Visits in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 from the Visits work center or the relevant entities, such as Opportunities, the Activity Manager, and the Calendar.
  • Assign needed or voluntary activity plans to Visits, including preset surveys and tasks, to help execute Visits efficiently.
  • Add surveys and tasks manually in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, using New Task/New Survey/Add Objectives.

Execute Visits

The Visits page highlights the timeline with details for the Cbont company visit. It also highlights the dates and times for check-in and check-out, and the objectives through Tasks and Surveys in the Visit.
  1. Timeline: In a Visit, view a chronological list of interactions with the customer you're visiting, and navigate to the objects as needed. Use the timeline view to gain a deeper understanding of the customer's business context, improving the execution of visits.
  2. Check In/Check Out: Check-in captures the date and time of the visit and opens the Visit for editing, allowing the recording of Visit details in the system. Check-out captures the end of the visit and marks it as complete.
  3. Complete Objectives: Record details of the customer site visit by working through the Tasks and Surveys in the Visit.

Visits - Follow-up

The Visits page highlights the visit follow-up for Cbont, including the tabs to create tasks, visits, appointments, and sales quotes.

Create a follow-up item if you find the customer needs extra visits or follow-up tasks.
