Introducing Travel Features on the SAP Concur Home Page in Legacy Concur Travel

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to identify and navigate to travel options on the SAP Concur home page.

Travel Features on the SAP Concur Home Page

In this lesson, we will explore the SAP Concur home page, focusing on travel-related features such as the option to book a trip, review Company Notes, View Trips, and more.

Because your organization may not have purchased or enabled all the products and features discussed in this lesson, the screen shots shown here may look slightly different than what you see on your travel site.

Trip Search

On the left side of the SAP Concur home page is the Trip Search section, also referred to as the Travel Wizard. This is where travel information is entered to start a booking. You can choose the type of travel, specify departure and arrival cities or airports, select dates, and more. Once you have entered all your booking criteria, select Search to request results.

Company Notes

Company Notes may be customized on each site to display information an organization wants to share with their users.

Enter Reservation

If your organization has purchased Concur TripLink, you can select this option to enter travel information that has been booked on a Concur Triplink associated vendor website.

Required Approvals

This option appears only if you are a Travel Approver and is used to approve trips.

View Trips

Select View Trips to open the Trip Library, where you’ll see a list of current and upcoming trips.

Withdrawn Trips

Once the Trip Library is open, you can adjust the Date Range and select Include withdrawn trips to view past trips.

Alerts

Alerts are entered by Concur Travel to communicate information to users. Examples of message types include unused tickets that can be applied to future travel, incomplete bookings, credit card expiration notices, and Concur TripIt notifications.

Trips

All upcoming trips are displayed and can be selected to access.
