Note
Trip Search
On the left side of the SAP Concur home page is the Trip Search section, also referred to as the Travel Wizard. This is where travel information is entered to start a booking. You can choose the type of travel, specify departure and arrival cities or airports, select dates, and more. Once you have entered all your booking criteria, select Search to request results.

Company Notes
Company Notes may be customized on each site to display information an organization wants to share with their users.

Enter Reservation
If your organization has purchased Concur TripLink, you can select this option to enter travel information that has been booked on a Concur Triplink associated vendor website.

Required Approvals
This option appears only if you are a Travel Approver and is used to approve trips.

View Trips
Select View Trips to open the Trip Library, where you’ll see a list of current and upcoming trips.

Withdrawn Trips
Once the Trip Library is open, you can adjust the Date Range and select Include withdrawn trips to view past trips.

Alerts
Alerts are entered by Concur Travel to communicate information to users. Examples of message types include unused tickets that can be applied to future travel, incomplete bookings, credit card expiration notices, and Concur TripIt notifications.

Trips
All upcoming trips are displayed and can be selected to access.
