In this lesson, we will review the process for changing a ticketed trip in Concur Travel.

Please be aware that some options may be unavailable based on your organization's configuration. Concur Travel allows organizations to manage the user's ability to change, cancel, clone, and share a trip, so depending on your organization's configuration, you may not see all the options described in this unit.
Note
In some cases, when third- or fourth-party vendors are involved, you must contact the vendor directly to change a purchased and ticketed trip.
Changing a Purchased and Ticketed Trip
You can make changes to a purchased and ticketed trip on the SAP Concur home page, under the Upcoming Trips tab.
To change an existing trip:
- On the Upcoming Trips tab, select the ticketed trip you want to change to open its itinerary.
- From the itinerary, select Change.

- In the Change Flight window, select an alternate date and time for your flight, then select Search. Concur Travel will automatically update any car or hotel reservations to match the new flight dates.

- To choose the new available flight option, select Get Price.
- If the exchange costs more than a new ticket, SAP Concur displays a popup. To continue with the exchange, select Purchase New Flights.
