In this lesson, we will navigate to Travel Help to review Concur Travel End User Help, Travel Policy, Service Status, and Travel Reports.
Navigating to Travel Help
From the SAP Concur home page or the Concur Travel home page, you can access Travel Help.
- Hover over the question mark in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Travel Help.

Travel Help Resources
The Concur Travel Professional Edition End User Help page displays online help options. You can enter keywords in the search option available or select options from the left side menu to access helpful information.

Review Your Travel Policy
To review your organization's travel policy, select the Travel Policy link in the lower-left corner of the page.

Selecting Travel Policy opens a window customized by your organization, displaying either your specific Concur Travel policy rules or a link to your policy.

Service Status
You can review the status of SAP Concur products by selecting Service Status in the lower left corner of the page.

Once Service Status has been selected, SAP Concur Open will open in a new tab. This feature displays the status of all SAP Concur products and indicates if there are, or have been, any disruptions or degradation issues. There is also an option to select Log In To SAP Personalized Concur Open on this page.

Once Log In To SAP Personalized Concur Open is selected, a new tab will open to display Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) tabs for the data center you are working on. These tabs allow you to quickly assess the status or severity of any issues affecting your SAP Concur services, which aids in efficient troubleshooting and understanding of current operational conditions. You can select Log Out to return to SAP Concur Open or close the tab to exit.

Travel Reports
Travel Reports are generated in real time and include information from every stage of the booking process. There are five types of travel reports: Concur Meetings, Concur Triplink, General, Mobile, and Travel. You will only see the Travel Reports link if your organization has granted the required permission. The reports available to each user are defined by your organization. A complete list of reports and additional information can be found in the Travel Report Guide.
- Select Home.
- Select Travel Reports.
