Filtering for Maintenance Task Lists without operations:
- With the app Find Maintenance Task List (F2660), a new filter has been introduced in the filter bar that allows you to filter for task lists that do not have any operations within them.
- With the filter Has Operation, you can choose to filter for task lists that do not have any operations so that you can take further actions (such as setting those with deletion flag, or creating a report for task lists that need to be enriched/enhanced with operations).
Filtering for Maintenance Task Lists and Task List Operations by Created By, Created On, Changed By and Changed On:
- With the app Find Maintenance Task List (F2660) and Find Maintenance Task List and Operations (F2661), four new filters have been introduced that enable you to filter for task lists based on the date of creation/change and the person who created/changed them.
- For reporting purpose, it's important to get the audit trail information (who created/changed the task list, when was the task list created/changed, and so on).
- With the filters Created On, Changed On and Created By and Changed By, the user can create a filter variant and periodically generate a report based on the above filter parameters.
