The Requirements Valuation Cockpit (RVC) by CENIT helps in the creation of a requirements project and the distribution of the requirements to the responsible Subject Matter Departments for valuation.
Tasks for Project Managers
To initiate the valuation process of requirements, the Project Manager first has to create a requirements project and import the requirements. Next, the Project Manager has to decompose the requirements to detect the responsible Department, Category and Priority of each requirement. After that,the Project Manager shares the requirements with the Subject Matter Experts of the responsible Departments for valuation.
