Configuration Application in SAP IPD Collaboration and creation of a destination to connect to it

Introduction

This lesson covers the setup and the configuration around SAP IPD Collaboration capability for achieving compatibility with Requirements Valuation Cockpit (RVC) by CENIT.

Application Configuration for Status Profiles in Manage Statuses app of SAP IPD

Following status profiles need to be configured in Manage Statuses app of SAP IPD.

A status profile for the customer collaboration type needs to be configured with the following properties:

Destination for SAP IPD Collaboration

The destination to SAP IPD Collaboration needs to be in your company's sub-account under CENIT's SAP BTP global account.

  1. In the web browser, log on to the SAP BTP cockpit, and choose the relevant sub account.
  2. In the left panel, under Connectivity, choose Destinations.
  3. Search for the destination with name RVC_SAPEPD_Collaboration.
    1. If the destination exists, ensure that the configuration is as shown in the following screenshot.
    2. If the destination does not exist, choose New Destination, and under Destination Configuration, enter the destination details as shown in the following screenshot.
  4. Save your changes.
