Validation of valuated requirements in RVC

Introduction

Before handing over the requirements project the Project Manager has to accept all requirements valuated by the Subject Matter Experts of Departments in previous steps. Let’s have a look how that works in Requirements Valuation Cockpit (RVC) by CENIT.

Validation of requirements

The validation of valuated requirements ensures that the assessment is correct, thorough, and ready to be officially accepted as part of the project process.

  1. Check the requirement details
  2. Confirm with Accept or Reject
    • Accept: The evaluation of the requirement is completed.
    • Reject: The evaluation of the requirement is incomplete, re-evaluation by the Subject Matter Experts of Department is required
the image illustrates a close-up screenshot of a requirement's details within the RVC, showcasing the description, scope, valuation, and SME rationale fields and a visual representation of the Accept or the 'Reject action in RVC, perhaps highlighting the Accept or Reject button or icon
