Describing the in-product support and help and tutorials process.

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to define the in-product support and help and tutorials process.

Built-In Support

Built-In Support is used primarily by administrators and requires an SAP Universal ID with linked S/P-user IDs to access most functionality, like Support case creation and monitoring. People without an S/P-user ID can only use the search function and sometimes see recommended links. Built-In Support opens in a side panel on any page. You can access it using the Built-In Support icon in the page header. To access the Built-In Support side panel, you must have Company System and Logo Settings permission.
