Mobile Application Overview

Designed in partnership with consumer-grade brands, the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app connects people to their work, each other, and the business through native, intuitive functionality that feels as familiar and user-friendly as the mobile apps they use outside work.

  • It’s built to be native, which means features and functionality align with people's typical uses and interactions with their mobile devices. On iOS, for instance, tapping and swiping left/right/upwards are all ways to take action in the app. Accessing the app is also native, with fingerprint and Face ID capabilities that get you into the app the same way they get you into the device.
  • Because it’s native, the interactions are intuitive – people use the app the same way they use other programs on the device, creating an easy and delightful user experience.
  • The app contains comprehensive capabilities designed to connect people with the things that matter most– in a way that is optimized for the mobile experience.

Administrators can also decide to activate Module-Specific features:

  • In Talent Management, this includes Goal Management, Career Development Planning, Presentations, Continuous Performance Management, Performance Reviews, and 360 Reviews.
  • For Employee Central, this includes Time Off and Time Sheet, and Pay Summary.
  • Other products such as SAP Jam, Recruiting, Analytics, and Total Rewards are also supported in the Mobile Application.
