Describing the Name and the Main Menu

Main Menu (also referred to as the Navigation Menu or Module Picker) is available as a drop-down menu in the upper-left corner on the Home page and displays the modules to which you have access. Depending on a user’s role within the organization, they may see different options in the menu. For example, an administrator will see the Admin Center, but a basic end user will not. This access is determined by permissions and/or system configuration.

The top name of the Navigation Menu changes as you move throughout the system to indicate the page you are viewing.

The smaller drop-down from the Name Menu at the top right of the screen allows employees to proxy as another user, access and manage their personal settings and preferences from Settings, access Admin Center, and log out of the system.

Under the Name Menu→Settings, based on the configuration and the permissions, end users can:

• Change the password and define security question
• Choose the default start page
• Define if they want to receive emails or read messages in the system
• Choose a default language
• Assign Proxy
• Create dynamic groups
• Generate instructions for the mobile application
• Choose the Gregorian, Buddhist, or Hijri calendar as their primary calendar in their personal account settings. 

• Access modules via the Main Menu, with visibility determined by user roles and system permissions.
• Use the Name Menu to proxy as another user, access Admin Center, manage settings, or log out.
• Under Settings, users can change passwords, define preferences (e.g., language or calendar), and assign proxies.
• Dynamic groups can be created, and mobile application instructions can be generated through personal settings.
