Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to examine Server Groups deployment scenarios for High Availability in the Central Management Console (CMC).

Changing the Group Membership of a Server

In CMC, administrators can add an existing server as a member of one server group only (exclusive server group) or as a member of multiple servers groups (non-exclusive server groups).

Definition:: You can change a server's group membership to design a system for high availability.

Select from Available Servers panel on the left and then choose Add to Selection button to Add server to Server Group.
