Exploring Internal Career Site

Internal candidates now have the same branded and mobile-optimized experience provided to external candidates in a single, consistent career site.

Internal employees can access the career site from the Careers link in the Main Navigation Menu, or they can access the company’s career site directly and log in as an employee.

• When using CSB for the Internal Career Site, customers can choose which component will be visible to internal or external candidates, allowing the creation of employee-specific content on their internal career site. Each component added to CSB pages can be flagged as Internal, External, or both.
• Additionally, Internal candidates can access Internal job postings.

The figures below show an example of a SAP career site from the perspectives of external and internal candidates.

These prerequisites must be in place to implement Internal Career Site:

• The Career Site is deployed using Career Site Builder
• Mobile Apply is enabled
• The SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service (IAS) must be enabled for the SAP SuccessFactors system

• Design: Internal Career Site provides a branded and mobile-optimized experience for internal candidates, similar to what external candidates receive.
• Employee Access: Internal employees can access the career site through the Main Navigation Menu or directly via the company's career site, allowing them to view internal job postings and employee-specific content.
• Configuration Pre-requisites: To implement the Internal Career Site, prerequisites include deploying the Career Site using Career Site Builder, enabling Mobile Apply, and activating the SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service (IAS) for the SAP SuccessFactors system.
