Introducing Advanced Analytics

• Advanced Analytics users are typically Talent Acquisition Leaders, HRIS Admins, or Business Analysts.
• Advanced Analytics allows you to evaluate trends in source performance over time. Customers get insight into which sources produce the best candidates, enabling you to adjust your media spend accordingly.
• Advanced Analytics provides the ability to drill into complete line-of-sight information. Customers can view their recruiting data across sources, locations, dates, job categories, brands, etc.
• Advanced Analytics is available in English only and not for localization. Data pulled over that is not in English can be mapped in English.
• There are plans to move this data to the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) at some point, but not in the near term.

• Talent Acquisition leaders can help control recruiting costs by ensuring that the sources where they post their jobs deliver high-quality candidates.

  

• The standard Recruiting base scope includes the implementation of Advanced Analytics.
• Advanced Analytics is embedded within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Some customers purchase consultation time for Advanced Analytics, which is fulfilled by the Professional Services Advanced Analytics team. The most common example of this is for additional training.
