Data Subject Reports

Generate Information Reports and Change Reports for both Talent Community Members and Client Administrators/Recruiting Dashboard users from Career Site BuilderToolsData Privacy & Security SettingsData Subject Reports.

This screenshot shows the Data Subject Reports tab under Data Privacy & Security Settings page.

Content Security Policy

  • Career Site Builder now gives customers the ability to enable a Content Security Policy, an HTTP header that automatically disallows external domains and only allows the browser to render resources from the customer's domain.
  • HTTP headers with a Content Security Policy are used in career site pages owned by the organization (such as jobs.company.com) but not in the Candidate Profile and other pages generated within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
  • The purpose of the Content Security Policy is to prevent cross-site scripting (hacking the CSB career site).
  • We only recommend enabling the Content Security Policy for customers with specific security needs, such as finance companies.
This screenshot shows the Content Security Policy Setup screen.

Email Templates Overview

  • All Recruiting email templates are configured in Admin Center except for the job alert email template.
  • Indicate any changes required to email templates in the Configuration Workbook.
This screenshot shows where a Recruiting email template is configured in Admin Center.

Career Site Builder Roles Overview

Note

Setting up roles in Career Site Builder is very important because many back end settings within CSB should only be accessible to trained admins.
  • Roles and Permissions within CSB allow your organization to limit CSB access based on employee needs.
  • Note that until roles and permissions are configured within CSB, all users who are assigned Recruiter RMK SSO Permission and Manage Career Site Builder will have all admin permissions in CSB.
  • Permissions can be created for the different sections within CSB, such as Global Settings, Global Styles, Locales, Brands, and Pages. You can also permission image and font uploads separately.
  • First, the roles are configured, and then users are assigned to the roles. You can only assign one role per user.
  • When you begin setting up roles and permissions in CSB, the Recruiter SSO users will not be able to log in until after the SSO sync has run. By default, it’s set up to run once per day. Remember that you can run it immediately from CSBSettingsSite ConfigurationSite Integrations: Execute Now.

CSB Roles Use Cases

  • The leading practice is to provide your Recruiting super admins with the Is CSB Admin permission. Remember to do this immediately upon enabling roles in Career Site Builder. These users will have all permissions in CSB and can set up roles in the future. Do not assign a CSB role to these users.
  • Other admins may be provided with all permissions except back end and technical functions.
  • It is the leading practice to create a role for technical users, including global settings, JavaScript, custom components, pages, and site setup permissions. We do not recommend changing Site Kits after a site has been created; restrict that permission to only the super admins.
  • Customers commonly have a user or team who maintains the pages on the career site but do not import/export from the site. This screenshot shows examples of CSB Roles and highlights the CSB Role Based Permission switch.
  • There are many other ways for customers to segment permissions. Examples:
    • If the customer has multiple brands, a user or team may be permissioned to edit the brand elements.
    • Specific users may be responsible for updating pages for different locales.
    • Sometimes, the responsibility for Data Capture Forms and Landing pages is separate from other pages. The recruiter submits requirements, and the page is built for them.
    • See the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience Administration course (HR832) for a complete list of suggested admin roles in Career Site Builder.

Versioning and Drafts

  • When making changes to a page, you can save the page as a draft by clicking Save Draft. This allows the user, or a different user, to return and edit the page.
  • Draft pages can be previewed.
  • To make the updated page visible on the customer site, click Publish.
  • When a page is published, a version is saved, up to 10 versions. This screenshot shows a page status after being saved as draft.
This screenshot highlights the settings to 'Save Draft 'and 'Publish.'
  • You can view previous versions of the page by clicking the gear icon in the upper left of the page, then clicking View Published Revisions. This shows the previously published versions of the page when they were published, and the user who published them.
  • Click Edit to revise a previous version of the page, or Preview to view how the page would appear on the customer site.
  • This allows you to revert to earlier versions. If you'd like to return to a previously published version, you can select it to edit, make any adjustments, and publish the page. This screenshot shows the gear icon and options available.
