Missing Receipt Affidavits

A screenshot of an interface titled Localize Missing Receipt Declaration. The interface is designed to translate a Missing Receipt Declaration into different languages. The interface includes a navigation bar with the following steps: Expense Types, Invoice Expense Types, Cost Objects, Exceptions, Missing Receipt Declaration, List Items, and Payment Types. The current step, Missing Receipt Declaration,is highlighted in yellow. The main section of the interface shows a table with columns labeled Source Value (English), Receipt Affidavit Explanation, Source Value (English), and Receipt Affidavit Acceptance Statement. The table currently displays No Rows Found. There is a Save button and a dropdown menu for selecting the target language, which is set to Italian.

When a receipt is missing, employees must provide a signed affidavit explaining the absence of the receipt. This affidavit serves as a formal declaration that the expense was legitimate and incurred during business activities.

To streamline this process, you can localize the affidavit text to match the preferred language of their employees. On the Localize Missing Receipt Declaration tab, select the target language and entering the translated text for the receipt affidavit explanation and acceptance statement.

Ensuring that the affidavit is available in multiple languages helps in reducing misunderstandings and facilitates smoother expense reporting across different regions.
