The Help menu is available at any time and can be accessed from any page within the SAP Concur system.
Before we dive into basic configuration, we want to introduce you to the Help menu.
Here, you can find a wealth of resources designated to support the role as an administrator. This section offers comprehensive product resources, detailed guides, and troubleshooting tips to help you manage your tasks efficiently. Also, you have access to various administration tools and support services, ensuring you have the help you need when you need it. Whether you are configuring settings or seeking expert advice, our contact support team is always ready to assist you.
Get Assistance
The Get Assistance feature is located under the Help menu. Hover over the question mark to reveal the name, then select it to show the feature.
This section includes:
- Explore Interactive Help - access the guided help section.
- Chat with a Live Agent - contact the SAP Concur chat.
- Speak with a Live Support Specialist - displays the numbers to call to speak with a live support specialist.
- Start a Co-Browsing Session - start a Co-Browsing session. Co-Browsing allows SAP Concur to see the ConcurSolutions.com webpages on your screen. You must agree to cobrowse to start the session.
Product Resources
The Product Resources link gives you access to the help tools. Based on the services contracted, such as Expense, Travel, and Invoice, you have access to the corresponding product help tools.
Administration Resources
The Administration Resources section gives you access to the administration help tools. Based on the services contracted, such as Expense, Travel, and Invoice, you have access to the corresponding administration help tools.
SAP Concur Community
Use the platform to explore solutions and find answers in the Community Support and FAQs and Product Forums.
Contact Support
Register as an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) for your company. You can access Contact Support and open tickets with SAP Concur for technical issues and tasks that customers cannot perform.
