We offer both Outgoing and Incoming Integrations.
- Outgoing Integrations:
Outgoing Integrations allow you to integrate WalkMe analytics with third-party vendors. Every external platform is different, with their own unique capabilities to import data from external sources. To meet this need WalkMe has implemented a number of methods to export information from our system. These methods were chosen to cover a wide range of options for how data can be ingested into your analytics platform.
- Incoming Integrations:
Incoming Integrations allows you to import end-user data from an external source into WalkMe to be later used by:
- WalkMe Rule Engine - for segmentation of WalkMe content.
- Insights Reports - to enrich the data shown in the Insights Users page.
- Insights Filters - to filter by an external imported attribute.
4 Steps to Set Up Integrations
- Navigate to insights.walkme.com and login with the credentials provided by your Customer Success Manager.
- Click the Integrations Tab and select Integrations Setup.
- Select the appropriate integration: Outgoing or Incoming integration.
- Follow the wizard instructions and save your work.
