Notifications are available in SAP Sports One to help you stay up to date. However, if you don’t want to receive certain notifications or prefer to keep them private so they don’t appear on your lock screen, you can easily adjust your notification settings in SAP Sports One.
Note
To receive a full overview on who receives a notification for each type of update and action in SAP Sports One, please have a look at the SAP Help Portal.
To view all your notifications in SAP Sports One, simply click on the bell icon in the top right corner. This will open the notification menu, where you can see all your notifications immediately. By tapping the notification, you can jump to the mentioned object, like a scouting report.

By clicking the filter icon, you can choose which notifications to display and which to filter out. You can also toggle between viewing all notifications or only unread ones, as well as mark all as read. Additionally, you have the option to clear all notifications.

You can also manage all your notification preferences at once for a more streamlined experience. Simply click on the three dots and select Notification Settings.
In the Notification Settings menu, start by choosing a specific area, such as e.g., Scouting. Using the slider next to it, you can disable all notifications for that area with a single action. If you prefer more control, you can manually adjust individual notifications. For each one, you have the option to select List and Push, List or Off.

Furthermore, you can manage notifications directly within the SAP Team One app. Simply navigate to the Notifications tab and tap the settings icon in the top left corner to customize your notification preferences.
Note
Changes in the notification settings apply to both SAP Sports One and SAP Team One.
