Importing Routing Hierarchy Mappings

Import Routing Hierarchy Mappings Overview

The Import Hierarchy Mappings tab is where you can download an import template and upload routing hierarchy data into Concur Invoice.

Import Hierarchy Mappings

To import the hierarchy mapping details:

Steps

  1. On the Routing Configuration page, select the Import Hierarchy Mappings tab.

    The Routing Configuration page shows the Import Hierarchy Mappings tab with instructions for importing hierarchy mappings. Step 1 involves downloading a template, and Step 2 requires selecting a file to import. A Hierarchy Routing Import History list is displayed, showing four successful imports initiated by BackOffice, each processing four records with zero rejected.
  2. Select Download Template.

  3. Complete and save the import file.

    A spreadsheet titled Hierarchy Routing Import displays columns for Delete?, Employee ID, Level 1 Code - Company, Level 2 Code - Department, Level 3 Code - Cost Center, and Level 4 Code. It lists three rows with employee IDs 1234, 4567, and 4116, affiliated with companies US and DE, and departments HR, AP, and IT, along with associated cost center codes.
  4. Select Browse, select the completed import file and then select Import.

View Import Error Messages

To view error messages:

  1. In the Hierarchy Routing Import History section, select the import.
