Proxy allows you to act as another user, and each Concur product can proxy. Administrators need the Proxy Logon role assigned to their profile to access all user accounts. The proxy feature doesn’t allow you to access the approvals queue.

Steps
Select your profile icon and then select Act as Another User > An Administrator (Proxy) for other users..
Search for the user and then select Switch.
You are now acting as another user.
