Implementing Business Beyond Bias (BBB)

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to implement the various options available under the Business Beyond Bias (BBB) initiative.

Business Beyond Bias (BBB)

As part of the Business Beyond Bias initiative, Gender Indicators can be used in Calibration sessions. It is now possible to see the gender ratio of calibration subjects and the gender ratio for each cell of the matrix view.

As part of the same BBB initiative, it is also possible to hide the subject's photos in the calibration sessions with the Photo-less option.

Inline Calibration notes, also part of the BBB initiative, help decision-makers have the same understanding of the cell of the matrix view by giving administrators the ability to define explanations of the meaning of each cell. Participants and facilitators can review the definition by selecting the [i] icon in the matrix cell.

This screenshot shows an example of inline calibration notes and gender indicators as part of BBB within the Calibration Overall Objective Rating page.
