Introduction to 360 Reviews

This section will provide a basic overview of 360 Reviews and provide information regarding the configuration decisions you will make during implementation.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews help your organization capture a more balanced and complete view of employee performance to more effectively identify gaps in performance and chart employees’ development. As an integrated part of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, the 360 Review provides a much more balanced performance assessment by allowing individuals to solicit feedback from various sources.

360 Reviews can be used as developmental surveys to identify employee blind spots and hidden strengths to guide development or as a multi-rater assessment that can factor into an employee’s formal performance review. 360 Reviews give managers and employees critical insight to better align their behaviors with organizational goals and improve performance.

Access to 360 Review Forms

The Home page provides users immediate visibility into the 360 Review process, what’s required, and when through the specific engagement cards displayed in For You Today section.

  • Complete Your 360 Evaluation - Whenever the employee is the subject of the form.
  • Complete 360 Evaluation - Whenever the employee is a participant in a subject's form.

Additionally, 360 Review forms are accessible from the My Forms - Inbox in the Performance tool whenever user input is required.
