The admin permissions available for Data Purge include the following:
- Create Request
- Approve Request
Note
Enable Data Retention Management must be checked under company settings in the back end of the system for Create and Approve request options to appear.
Users can be given permission to create or approve a data purge request through the Admin Center.
- If role-based permissions are used: Manage Permission Roles→Manage Recruiting→Manage Data Purge.
- If customer use legacy permissions: Admin Center→Default User Permissions.
With this permission, the administrator can submit a purge request by using Admin Center→Company Settings→Data Management.
