Introduction to Recruiting Posting

Recruiting Posting is a core component of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, allowing recruiters post jobs on numerous Job Boards, in one easy single workflow, starting from a job requisition in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Recruiting Posting integration with Recruiting is the most accurate integration of a cross-posting solution with ATS on the market.

Recruiting Posting enables users to do the following:

  • Give recruiters instant access to pick-and-post global job distribution.
  • Post jobs to more than 4,000 sources across more than 80 countries including Job Boards, colleges, universities, and social networks.
  • Reduce effort to post one job on numerous external Job Boards.

Recruiting Posting Enablement Steps

Recruiting Posting has to be enabled in backend of the system before it can be enabled in Admin Center.

  2. Set permissions for recruiters to post jobs and access details of posted job (Job Boards where the job was posted to, and so on).

Note

A synchronization script is executed every day at 5:00 AM GMT, allowing Recruiting users with Recruiting Posting permission to be created in the Recruiting Posting back office. Then, the users can be associated with a Posting Profile, which means that RCM users have access after this synchronization script is completed.
