Setting Up Form Templates

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to select template settings and connect the route map and grant permission to create the requisition.

Form Template Settings Page

Before the job requisition can be created, the job requisition template has to be associated with the route map. This configuration is done by selecting Admin Center→Manage Form Template Settings.

Only the user that has permission to manage form templates settings will be able to access this section of Admin Center. The permissions are set in Admin Center→Manage Permission Roles→Select Role→Edit→Next→Administrative Permissions→Manage Form Templates.

In the Manage Form Templates area, select the Form Templates option.

Form Template Settings

Not all settings that can be enabled in Form Template Settings sections are relevant to job requisition templates. However, you can specify the following settings:

Disable Ask For Comment Routing: Controls Get Feedback button.
Disable Ask For Edit Routing: Controls Get Feedback button.
Allow Add Approver/Evaluator: Controls Add Approver button.
Hide Add Signer buttons: Always have this option checked as Signature steps are not supported in Recruiting route maps.
Enable form routing to previous step: Allows the user to send the form to the previous approver.
